Canceling Your iDental Insurance Plan 

While we hate to see you go, here’s the no-hassle way to end your iDental coverage.

 

Everyone has a change of heart now and then. If you no longer need your United Concordia iDental plan, you can cancel it for any reason by sending a written notice to us at the following address:

The termination will be effective on the first day of the month following the date requested in your written notification unless you owe premium. If you’re a NC or NJ resident: please read this now

 

If premium is owed

Your policy termination will be effective the first day of the month following the conclusion of the last period for which you paid premium.

 

Re-enrolling in iDental

Once your iDental policy is terminated, you will not be permitted to re-enroll yourself or your dependents for three (3) years from the termination date.
