Beyond customer service

We’re sorry if you’re currently having a problem with your iDental service or don’t agree with a benefit determination.

If our customer service representatives are unable to satisfy your concerns, you have the right to appeal your benefit determination through the Appeal Procedure Addendum included with your policy. Please note, some policies may include the appeal procedure within the policy itself.

In certain states, you may file a complaint before speaking to a customer service representative. See your policy-specific appeal procedure for further details.
