Two easy ways to make payments

When you enroll for an iDental plan, you can schedule your dental insurance premiums to be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis:

  • Schedule automatic payments: Premium payments automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card
  • Get email reminders through eBill and pay online: Get an email reminder when your premium is due then manually pay your premium online

Note: Your first payment must be made with either a credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your bank account. But, during enrollment, if you would like to set up eBill to send you reminders for subsequent payments, you can. You would still need to visit us online to make the payment, but it will not be deducted from your credit card or bank account automatically.


Setting up automatic payments

What this option is—You choose the frequency of your payments, and how you want to pay. You can provide your credit card or bank account information in our secure environment, and then your payments will be automatically deducted from your account on either a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis (you choose). 

When you can choose this option—Only when you you sign up, during the enrollment process.


Setting up eBill email reminders

What this option is—We send you an eBill reminder in an email, and you make your iDental premium payments online manually, on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis (you choose). Once you receive your email reminder, you will need to sign in to iDental Billing to make your payment using a credit or an EFT from your bank account. Payments will not automatically be removed from your credit card or bank account.

To use eBill, you’ll need to register one or more checking or savings accounts with United Concordia.

When you can choose this option—You can sign up for eBill email reminders when you sign up for an iDental plan, or you can come back later and switch to eBill in your iDental Billing account.


Premium rate changes

Your premium rates are guaranteed not to increase for a period of 12 months, so long as you do not change the type of coverage (from single to two-party, for example).
